Returns and Refunds Policy

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and as such have a liberal return policy. We will provide a refund or replacement only if one is requested within 3 DAYS of receipt of the product.

Returns/Refunds and Replacements are valid only under the conditions mentioned below:

  1. Delay in Delivery: In case the product is not received within 7-25 working days of your order, you can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the you within 15 working days. We will not be responsible for delays in refund due to delays caused by banks, calamities or national holidays.
  2. Different Product Received: If the product received is different from the order placed the customer must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  3. Damaged Product Received: If the product received is damaged the customer must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with original packaging & accessories. The cost of any missing or damaged items (including the box) apart from those notified by you, will be debited from the advance payment done & the remaining payment will be refunded. If a replacement is demanded, then the cost of any missing items need to be paid in advance, prior to the shipment of the replacement product.
  4. Quality Issues: Sound and Mic quality is a subjective matter and in the unlikely scenario where the product you ordered does not meet your expectations and requirements, you may return the item in the original packaging. Please note that a 25% RESTOCKING FEE will be deducted as part of the return and refund for any defect-free product.

No returns/replacements will be provided for improper use of the product, electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and complete with packaging and accessories.

Return/Refund Process:

  • If your product is within the return window, please send an email to support@encasers.com requesting approval. The support team will respond to the request within 48 hrs providing you with further details of where to ship the return.
  • Please self-ship the product within 2 days after return request is approved.
  • Please ensure that the product is returned to our warehouse within 10 days post approval.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and complete with packaging and accessories.
  • Please make sure to pack the return product properly. We will not be liable if the product is damaged in transit during return.
  • Once the product is returned and received by the warehouse, the warehouse team will check and verify the return.
  • Once everything is verified, your refund less stocking fees and any shipping charges will be processed. If the product is found damaged, no refund will be provided.
  • We usually process all refunds within 14 working days of the warehouse receiving your returns.
